These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of us, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in us for the resolution of any disputes.

Term & Termination

• Campaigning that is slanderous or libelous.
• Campaigning that provokes hatred, hate crimes, or illegal behavior.
• Campaigning that is deliberately deceptive or deceitful.
• Campaigning that uses threatening or violent communication.
• Campaigning that seeks to undermine or overthrow United States democratic institutions.
• Campaigning that promotes distrust in free and fair elections.
• Campaigning that is illegal or in violation of federal or local election law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Payment processing services for [account holder term, for example, drivers or sellers] on Proximity Campaigns are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to [this agreement / these terms / and so on] or continuing to operate as a [account holder term] on Proximity Campaigns, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Proximity Campaigns enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Proximity Campaigns accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Proximity Campaigns to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Proximity Campaigns use Stripe to make payouts to [account holder term, for example, drivers or sellers]. The Stripe Recipient Agreement applies to your receipt of such Payouts. To receive payouts from Proximity Campaigns, you must provide Proximity Campaigns accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Proximity Campaigns to share it and transaction information related to your payout with Stripe.
